Couch to 5k at Colaiste na Carraige

Tir Chonaill AC are holding a new couch to 5K starting on Wednesday the 23rd September at Colaiste na Carraige gym at 7pm.

Absolute beginners welcome.

The course lasts 8 weeks and costs €30 mainly for insurance.
